Series Brief

Polycrystalline diamond compact (PDC) cutters are manufactured with high quality micro diamond powder mixture attached to the tungsten carbide substrate by using advanced sintering technology under high pressure and high temperature (HPHT). The PDC cutters has great abrasion resistance, high thermal stability, and excellent impact resistance performance, which is suitable for drilling in complex geological formation such as sandstone, limestone, and inter-bed formation. PDC cutters are widely used in the oil & gas drilling industry. We are currently working with customers to continuously improve our products for even more demanding drilling applications.

Based on various drilling applications, we have developed CRV, CRF3, CRM, CY15, CY28, SY01, MY69 series. Their performance chart is shown below.
